አገልግሎት

የየአገልግሎት ክፍያ (Service Charge) ባህሪ በሁሉም የሽያጭ ግብይቶች ላይ በራስ-ሰር ተፈጻሚ የሚሆን የአገልግሎት ክፍያ መቶኛ (percentage) እንዲያስገቡ ያስችልዎታል።

ወደ አገልግሎት ክፍያ አስተዳደር መግባት

  1. ከመነሻ ማውጫው (Home Menu) ላይ ወደ POS ይሂዱ።
  2. Service ከዚያም Service Charge የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  3. ለመግባት የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።

የወቅቱን የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ማየት

ወደ አገልግሎት ክፍያ ማውጫ ሲገቡ፣ መሣሪያው የወቅቱን የአገልግሎት ክፍያ መቶኛ ያሳያል (ለምሳሌ፦ 10%)። ምንም የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ካልተዋቀረ 0% ብሎ ያሳያል።

የአገልግሎት ክፍያን ማስተካከል

  1. የቁልፍ ሰሌዳውን በመጠቀም አዲሱን የአገልግሎት ክፍያ መቶኛ ያስገቡ (ለምሳሌ፦ ለ10% 10 ይጻፉ)።
  2. ለማረጋገጥ የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።
  3. መሣሪያው የተደረገውን ማሻሻያ ወደ ሰርቨር (server) ይልካል።
  4. አንዴ ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ አዲሱ የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ይቀመጣል።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ የአገልግሎት ክፍያውን መለወጥ የሚችሉት የአስተዳዳሪ (administrator) መብት ያላቸው ተጠቃሚዎች ብቻ ናቸው።

የአገልግሎት ክፍያ እንዴት እንደሚሰላ

ደረሰኝ በሚቆርጡበት ጊዜ፦

  1. የአገልግሎት ክፍያ መቶኛው ከታክስ በፊት ባለው አጠቃላይ የሽያጭ መጠን ላይ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናል።
  2. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ / ቫት (VAT) በአገልግሎት ክፍያው መጠን ላይ ይሰላል (ተፈጻሚ የሚሆን ከሆነ)።

ምሳሌ

አጠቃላይ የሽያጭ መጠኑ 1,000 ብር ሆኖ የአገልግሎት ክፍያው 10% ቢሆን፦

  • የአገልግሎት ክፍያ = 100 ብር
  • ንዑስ ድምር (Subtotal) = 1,100 ብር
  • ቫት / VAT (15%) = 165 ብር
  • ጠቅላላ ድምር (Grand total) = 1,265 ብር

ጠቃሚ ማሳሰቢያዎች

  • የአገልግሎት ክፍያው በዚያ ሰዓት በሲስተሙ ላይ ለገባው (signed-in ላደረገው) ተጠቃሚ በሁሉም ሽያጮች ላይ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናል።
  • የአገልግሎት ክፍያውን ወደ 0 ካስተካከሉት ምንም ዓይነት የአገልግሎት ክፍያ አይታሰብም።

Service

The Service Charge feature allows you to set a service charge percentage that will be automatically applied to all sales transactions.

Accessing Service Charge Management

  1. From the Home Menu, navigate to POS.
  2. Select Service then Service Charge.
  3. Press the middle key (button 7) to enter.

Viewing the Current Service Charge

When you enter the Service Charge menu, the device will show the current service charge percentage (e.g., 10%). If no service charge has been set, it will show 0%.

Editing the Service Charge

  1. Enter the new service charge percentage using the keypad (e.g., 10 for 10%).
  2. Press the middle key (button 7) to confirm.
  3. The device will send the update to the server.
  4. Once confirmed, the new service charge will be saved.

Note: Only users with administrator access can change the service charge.

How Service Charge Is Applied

When you issue an invoice:

  1. The service charge percentage is applied to the total sales amount (before tax).
  2. VAT is calculated on the service charge amount (if applicable).

Example

If the total sales amount is 1,000 Birr and the service charge is 10%:

  • Service charge = 100 Birr
  • Subtotal = 1,100 Birr
  • VAT (15%) = 165 Birr
  • Grand total = 1,265 Birr

Important Notes

  • The service charge applies to all sales for the signed‑in user.
  • If you set the service charge to 0, no service charge will be added.
