ስክሪን መቆለፊያ እና የጊዜ ገደብ

መሣሪያዎን ለመጠበቅ እና የባትሪ ኃይል ለመቆጠብ፣ የNEKA መሣሪያ የስክሪን መቆለፊያ እና አውቶማቲክ የጊዜ ገደብ (timeout) ባህሪ አለው። ይህ ገጽ እነዚህ ባህሪያት እንዴት እንደሚሠሩ እና እንዴት ማስተካከል እንደሚችሉ ያብራራል።

ስክሪን መቆለፊያ ምንድን ነው?

የስክሪን መቆለፊያ መሣሪያው ሳይሠራ ዝም ባለበት ጊዜ (idle ሲሆን) ያልተፈቀደ አካል እንዳይጠቀምበት ይከላከላል። መሣሪያውን በሚከተሉት መንገዶች መክፈት ይችላሉ፦

  • ፒን (PIN) (ባለ 6 አኃዝ ቁጥር)
  • የNFC ካርድ
  • ሁለቱንም ፒን (PIN) እና ካርድ

ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ምንም ዓይነት እንቅስቃሴ ካልተደረገ መቆለፊያው በራሱ ይነሳል (timeout)። በተጨማሪም ስክሪኑን በእጅዎ መቆለፍ ይችላሉ።

አስፈላጊ፦ ለላቀ ደኅንነት ሁለቱንም ፒን (PIN) እና ካርድ እንዲጠቀሙ ይመከራል።

የስክሪን መቆለፊያን እንዴት ማዋቀር ይቻላል?

  1. ከመነሻ ማውጫው (Home Menu) ላይ ወደ ቅንብሮች (Settings) > ደኅንነት (Security) ይሂዱ።
  2. ስልክ ቁጥር መቀየር (Reset Phone menu) የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  3. የማገገሚያ ስልክ ቁጥርዎን ለማዋቀር በስክሪኑ ላይ የሚታዩትን መመሪያዎች ይከተሉ።
  4. ከሚከተሉት የመቆለፊያ ዘዴዎች ውስጥ አንዱን ይምረጡ፦
አማራጭ መግለጫ
ፒን (PIN) ባለ 6 አኃዝ የቁጥር ፒን (PIN) ያዘጋጁ። ለመክፈት ይህንን ቁጥር ማስገባት ይኖርብዎታል።
ካርድ (Card) ለመክፈት የእርስዎን NFC ካርድ ይጠቀሙ። ካርዱን በNFC ማንበቢያ ቦታው (ቁጥር 1) ላይ ያስነኩት።
ካርድ + ፒን (Card + PIN) ለመክፈት ሁለቱም ካርድ እና ፒን (PIN) ያስፈልጋሉ።
  1. ፒንዎን ለማዘጋጀት ወይም ካርድዎን ለመመዝገብ በስክሪኑ ላይ የሚታዩትን መመሪያዎች ይከተሉ።

አስፈላጊ፦ የፒን (PIN) አማራጭን ከመረጡ፣ ቁጥሩን እንዳይረሱት ያድርጉ። ከረሱት፣ እንደገና ለመቀየር (reset ለማድረግ) የማገገሚያ ስልክ ቁጥር ያስፈልግዎታል።

የጊዜ ገደብ ማስተካከል

ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ምንም ዓይነት እንቅስቃሴ ካልተደረገ ስክሪኑ በራሱ ይቆለፋል።

  1. ከ ቅንብሮች (Settings) > ስክሪን (Screen) > ስክሪን መቆለፊያ (Screen Lock) ውስጥ በመግባት የሚቆይበትን የጊዜ ገደብ ይምረጡ።

  2. አማራጮቹ የሚከተሉትን ያካትታሉ፦

  3. 1 ደቂቃ

  4. 5 ደቂቃ
  5. 10 ደቂቃ
  6. 30 ደቂቃ
  7. 60 ደቂቃ
  8. 120 ደቂቃ
  9. ሁልጊዜ ክፍት (በራሱ መቼም አይቆለፍም)
  10. ለማረጋገጥ መካከለኛውን (7) ቁልፍ ይጫኑ።

በእጅ መቆለፍ

ስክሪኑን ወዲያውኑ ለመቆለፍ፦

  • ከመነሻ ማውጫው (Home Menu) ላይ ሆነው የግራ (8) ቁልፍን ለጥቂት ሰከንዶች ተጭነው ይቆዩ።

ስክሪኑ ይጠፋል እንዲሁም ይቆለፋል።

መሣሪያውን መክፈት

  1. መሣሪያውን ለመቀስቀስ መካከለኛውን (7) ቁልፍ ይጫኑ።

  2. የፒን (PIN) መቆለፊያ ካለዎት፦

  3. የቁልፍ ሰሌዳውን በመጠቀም ፒንዎን ያስገቡ።

  4. ለማረጋገጥ መካከለኛውን (7) ቁልፍ ይጫኑ።
  5. የካርድ መቆለፊያ ካለዎት፦
  6. የተመዘገበውን የNFC ካርድዎን በማንበቢያ ቦታው (ቁጥር 1) ላይ ያስነኩት።
  7. ሁለቱንም ካዋቀሩ፣ ሁለቱንም ቅደም-ተከተሎች ይከተሉ።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ የተሳሳተ ፒን (PIN) ሦስት ጊዜ ካስገቡ፣ መሣሪያው የማገገሚያ ስልክ ቁጥርዎን እንዲጠቀሙ ሊጠይቅዎት ይችላል。

መመለሻ - ፒን ሲረሳ ወይም ካርድ ሲጠፋ

ፒንዎን ከረሱ ወይም ካርድዎ ቢጠፋ፦

  1. መሣሪያው የአንድ ጊዜ የይለፍ ቃል (OTP) ሂደት ይጀምራል፣ እና ለማገገሚያ በተመዘገበው ስልክ ቁጥር ላይ የተላከውን የOTP ቁጥር እንዲያስገቡ ይጠይቃል።
  2. የOTP መልእክቱ ሲደርስዎት ቁጥሩን ያስገቡ።
  3. የገቡት የOTP ቁጥር ትክክል ከሆነ፣ መቆለፊያው ይለቀቃል (reset ይሆናል)፤ ከዚያ አዲስ መቆለፊያ ማዋቀር ይችላሉ።

አስፈላጊ፦ በ ቅንብሮች (Settings) > ደኅንነት (Security) > ስልክ ቁጥር መቀየር (Reset Phone) ውስጥ የማገገሚያ ስልክ ቁጥር ማዋቀርዎን ያረጋግጡ።

የሚቀጥሉ እርምጃዎች

አሁን መሣሪያዎን እንዴት መቆለፍ እና መክፈት እንደሚችሉ ካወቁ በኋላ፣ ስለ መሣሪያው ሁኔታ መረጃ ወደሚሰጡት የሁኔታ ምልክቶች (Status Icons) እንቀጥላለን።

Screen Lock & Timeout

To protect your device and save battery, the NEKA has a screen lock and automatic timeout feature. This page explains how they work and how to adjust them.

What Is Screen Lock?

Screen lock prevents unauthorised access to the device when it is idle. You can unlock the device using:

  • A PIN (6 digits)
  • An NFC card
  • Both PIN and card

The lock will activate automatically after a period of inactivity (timeout). You can also lock the screen manually.

Important: For maximum security you should use Both PIN and card.

How to Set Up Screen Lock

  1. From the Home Menu, go to Settings > Security.
  2. Choose Reset Phone menu
  3. Follow the on‑screen instructions to set your reset phone number.
  4. Choose one of the following lock methods:
Option Description
PIN Set a numeric PIN (6 digits). You will need to enter it to unlock.
Card Use your NFC card to unlock. Tap the card on the NFC reading area (number 1).
Card + PIN Both a card and a PIN are required.
  1. Follow the on‑screen instructions to set your PIN or register your card.

Important: If you choose PIN, remember it. If you forget it, you will need the recovery phone number to reset it.

Setting the Timeout

The screen will lock automatically after a set period of inactivity.

  1. From Settings > Screen > Screen Lock, choose the timeout duration.

  2. Options include:

    • 1 minute
    • 5 minutes
    • 10 minutes
    • 30 minutes
    • 60 minutes
    • 120 minutes
    • Always on (never locks automatically)

  3. Press Middle (7) to confirm.

Manual Lock

To lock the screen immediately:

  • From the Home Menu, press and hold the Left key (8) for a few seconds.

The screen will turn off and lock.

Unlocking the Device

  1. Press the Middle key (7) to wake the device.
  2. If you have a PIN:
  3. Enter your PIN using the keypad.
  4. Press Middle (7) to confirm.
  5. If you have a card:
  6. Tap your registered NFC card on the reading area (number 1).
  7. If you have both, do both steps.

Note: If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the device may prompt you to use the recovery phone number.

Recovery (Forgot PIN or Lost Card)

If you forget your PIN or lose your card:

  1. The device will initiate an otp and require you to enter the otp that has been sent to the rest phone
  2. Enter the OTP when you receive it.
  3. If the otp is correct the lock will be reset, and you can set a new lock.

Important: Make sure you set a recovery phone number in Settings > Security > Reset Phone.
