የሶፍትዌር ዝመና¶
የሶፍትዌር ዝመና (Software Update) ባህሪ የእርስዎን ነካ ወደ አዲሱ የዕትም ደረጃ ለማሳደግ (upgrade ለማድረግ) ያስችላል። ማሻሻያዎች አዳዲስ ባህሪያትን፣ የስህተት ማስተካከያዎችን (bug fixes) እና የደህንነት መሻሻሎችን ያካትታሉ።
ወደ ሶፍትዌር ማሻሻያ ማውጫ መግባት¶
- ከመነሻ ማውጫው (Home Menu) ላይ ወደ ቅንብሮች (Settings) ይሂዱ።
- Upgrade የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
- ለመግባት የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።
ከመጀመርዎ በፊት¶
- መሣሪያው ከዋይፋይ (WiFi) ጋር መገናኘቱን ያረጋግጡ (የአየር ላይ/OTA ማሻሻያዎች ዋይፋይ ይፈልጋሉ)።
- የመሣሪያው ባትሪ መሙላቱን ወይም መሣሪያው ከቻርጀር ጋር መገናኘቱን ያረጋግጡ።
- የማሻሻያ ሂደቱ ከ5 እስከ 15 ደቂቃዎች ሊወስድ ይችላል (እንደ ዋይፋዩ ፍጥነት ይወሰናል)።
ማስጠንቀቂያ፦ በማሻሻያ ሂደት ላይ እያለ መሣሪያውን በጭራሽ እንዳያጠፉት። ይህ በሶፍትዌሩ ላይ ብልሽት ሊያስከትል ይችላል።
አዲስ ማሻሻያ መኖሩን መፈተሽ¶
Upgrade የሚለውን ሲመርጡ መሣሪያው የሚከተሉትን ያከናውናል፦
- በሰርቨሩ ላይ አዲስ የዕትም ደረጃ መኖሩን ይፈትሻል።
- ካለው የወቅቱ የዕትም ደረጃ ጋር ያነጻጽራል።
መሣሪያው የሚከተለውን ያሳያል፦
- የ1% ምልክት ያሳያል (Shows 1%) – አዲስ የዕትም ደረጃ ከተገኘ ማውረድ ይጀምራል።
- Finished (ተጠናቋል) – መሣሪያው ቀድሞውኑ በአዲሱ የዕትም ደረጃ ላይ ከሆነ።
ማሻሻያውን መጫን¶
አዲስ ማሻሻያ ከተገኘ፦
- መሣሪያው ማሻሻያውን ማውረድ (download) ይጀምራል።
- የሂደቱን ሁኔታ የሚያሳይ መቶኛ ቁጥር (progress bar) ያያሉ።
- ካወረደ በኋላ መሣሪያው ማሻሻያውን በራሱ ይጭናል (install ያደርጋል)።
- መሣሪያው በራስ-ሰር ይነሳል (restart ያደርጋል)።
- አዲሱ የሶፍትዌር ዕትም ሥራ ላይ ይውላል።
የማሻሻያ ደረጃዎች¶
በማሻሻያ ወቅት የሚከተሉትን ደረጃዎች ያያሉ፦

ማሻሻያው ካልተሳካ¶
ማሻሻያው ሳይሳካ ቢቀር፦
- መሣሪያው እንደማልተሳካ የሚገልጽ ስክሪን ያሳያል።
- ዋይፋይዎትን ቼክ ያድርጉ።
- ወደ Settings > Upgrade እንደገና በመግባት በድጋሚ መሞከር ይችላሉ።
- ችግሩ አሁንም የማይፈታ ከሆነ የቴክኒክ ድጋፍ ሰጪዎችን ያነጋግሩ።
የራስ-ሰር ማሻሻያ ማሳወቂያዎች¶
መሣሪያው በሚከተሉት ጊዜያት አዳዲስ ማሻሻያዎችን በራስ-ሰር ይፈትሻል፦
- መሣሪያውን በምታስነሱበት (restart በምታደርጉበት) እያንዳንዱ ጊዜ።
- መሣሪያው እየሠራ ባለበት ወቅት በተወሰነ ጊዜ ልዩነት።
አዲስ ማሻሻያ ከተገኘ በስክሪኑ ላይ (ዝመና አለ) የማሳወቂያ መልዕክት ያያሉ።
የአደጋ ጊዜ ማሻሻያዎች¶
አልፎ አልፎ መሣሪያው የአደጋ ጊዜ ማሻሻያ (emergency update) ሊደርሰው ይችላል። ይህ በጣም ወሳኝ ለሆኑ የደህንነት ጥበቃዎች የሚያገለግል ሲሆን ሙሉ በሙሉ በራስ-ሰር ይከናወናል።
የወቅቱን የሶፍትዌር ዕትም መፈተሽ¶
የአሁኑን የሶፍትዌር ዕትም ለማየት፦
- ወደ Settings > Device Info ይሂዱ።
- የዕትም ቁጥሩ (version number) በስክሪኑ ላይ ይታያል፣ እንዲሁም ይታተማል።

Software Update¶
The Software Update feature allows you to upgrade your NEKA to the latest version. Updates include new features, bug fixes, and security improvements.
Accessing Software Update¶
- From the Home Menu, navigate to Settings.
- Select Upgrade.
- Press the middle key (button 7) to enter.
Before You Start¶
- Make sure the device is connected to WiFi (OTA updates require WiFi).
- Ensure the battery is charged or the device is plugged in.
- The update process can take 5‑15 minutes.
Warning: Do not turn off the device during an update. This could damage the software.
Checking for Updates¶
When you select Upgrade, the device will:
- Check for the latest version on the server.
- Compare it with the current version.
The device will show:
- Shows 1% – if a newer version exists.
- Finshed – if you are on the latest version.
Installing an Update¶
If an update is available:
- The device will download the update.
- You will see a progress bar showing the download status.
- After download, the device will install the update.
- The device will restart automatically.
- The new version will be active.
Update Progress¶
During the update, you will see:

| Installing | The update is being installed. |
| Restarting | The device restarts to apply the update. |
If the Update Fails¶
If the update fails:
- The device will display a failed screen.
- Check your wifi.
- You can retry by going to Settings > Upgrade again.
- If it continues to fail, contact support.
Automatic Update Notifications¶
The device will automatically check for updates:
- Every time you restart the device.
- Periodically while running.
If an update is available, you will see an Upgrade Available notification on the screen.
Emergency Updates¶
In rare cases, the device may receive an emergency update. This is used for critical security patches and will happen automatically.
Checking Your Current Version¶
To see your current version:
- Go to Settings > Device Info.
- The version number is displayed on the screen and printed.
