የኢአርፒ አስተዳደር

የኢአርፒ ባህሪ የእርስዎን ነካ ከማንኛውም የኢአርፒ ሥርዓት ጋር ለማገናኘት ያስችላል። ይህም የርቀት ህትመት (remote printing)፣ ማዕከላዊ አስተዳደርን እና ከንግድ ሥራዎ እንቅስቃሴዎች ጋር የእውነተኛ ጊዜ ማመሳሰልን (real-time synchronization) ያመቻቻል።

የኢአርፒ ሁነታ ምንድን ነው?

የኢአርፒ ሁነታ ንቁ (active) በሚሆንበት ጊዜ መሣሪያው፦

  • ከማዕከላዊ ሥርዓቱ የሚላኩ ደረሰኞችን እና ክፍያዎችን ያትማል።
  • የህትመት ሥራው በስኬት መጠናቀቁን ያረጋግጣል።

ወደ ኢአርፒ አስተዳደር መግባት

  1. ከመነሻ ማውጫው (Home Menu) ላይ ወደ POS ይሂዱ።
  2. ኢአርፒ የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  3. ለመግባት የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።

የኢአርፒ ሁነታን ማንቃት

  1. መሣሪያው ወደ ኢአርፒ ሰርቨር የማግበሪያ ጥያቄ (activation request) ይልካል።
  2. አንዴ ከነቃ በኋላ፣ የኢአርፒ ምልክቱ በስክሪኑ ላይ አረንጓዴ ሆኖ ይታያል (ቁጥር 10)።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ የኢአርፒ ሁነታን ለማንቃት መሣሪያው የግድ ከኔትወርክ (ከዋይፋይ ወይም ከGPRS) ጋር የተገናኘ መሆን አለበት።

ኢአርፒ እንዴት እንደሚሠራ

የኢአርፒ ሁነታ አንዴ ከነቃ በኋላ፦

  1. አዲስ የማተም ትዕዛዝ (print command) ሲደርስ፦
  2. መሣሪያው የደረሰኝ መረጃውን ያወርዳል።
  3. ደረሰኙን በራስ-ሰር ያትማል።

  4. ህትመቱ መከናወኑን የሚያረጋግጥ ምላሽ ወደ ሰርቨሩ ይመልሳል።

  5. የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ለ2 ሰከንዶች ተጭነው በመቆየት በማንኛውም ሰዓት የኢአርፒ ሂደቱን ማቋረጥ (abort) ይችላሉ።

የርቀት ደረሰኝ ማተም

የርቀት ደረሰኝ በሚታተምበት ጊዜ፦

  • የሚወጣው ደረሰኝ ከመሣሪያው ላይ በቀጥታ ከተቆረጠ መደበኛ ደረሰኝ ጋር አንድ ዓይነት ነው።
  • ሁሉንም አስፈላጊ የግብር ዝርዝሮች (የQR ኮድ፣ IRN እና ሌሎችንም) ያካትታል።

የኢአርፒ ሁነታን ማጥፋት

  1. የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ለ2 ሰከንዶች ተጭነው ይቆዩ።
  2. መሣሪያው የድምፅ ምልክት (beep) ያሰማል፣ ከዚያም የማጥፊያ ጥያቄ ወደ ሰርቨሩ ይልካል።
  3. ከሰርቨሩ ሲረጋገጥ የኢአርፒ ሁነታው ይጠፋል።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ የኔትወርክ ሁነታው GPRS ከሆነ ኢአርፒ በ1 ሰዓት ውስጥ፣ ዋይፋይ (WIFI) ከሆነ ደግሞ በ24 ሰዓታት ውስጥ በራሱ በራስ-ሰር ይጠፋል።

የኢአርፒ ችግሮችን መፍታት

ችግር ምን መደረግ አለበት?
ኢአርፒ ሊነሳ አልቻለም የኔትወርክ ግንኙነትዎን (ዋይፋይ ወይም GPRS) ያረጋግጡ።
የርቀት ደረሰኞች አይታተሙም የፕሪንተሩን ግንኙነት ያረጋግጡ። ወረቀት መኖሩን እና ዝግጁ መሆኑን ያረጋግጡ።
የኢአርፒ ምልክቱ ቀይ ሆኖ ቀርቷል የኢአርፒ ሁነታው ንቁ ላይሆን ይችላል። አጥፍተው እንደገና ለማንቃት ይሞክሩ።
ማቋረጥ (Abort) አልሠራ አለ የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ቢያንስ ለ2 ሰከንዶች ተጭነው መቆየትዎን ያረጋግጡ።

ERP Management

The ERP feature allows your NEKA to connect to any ERP system. This enables remote printing, centralised management, and real‑time synchronisation with your business operations.

What Is ERP Mode?

When ERP mode is active, the device:

  • Prints invoices and receipts sent from the central system.
  • Confirms print job.

Accessing ERP Management

  1. From the Home Menu, navigate to POS.
  2. Select ERP.
  3. Press the middle key (button 7) to enter.

Activating ERP Mode

  1. The device will send an activation request to the ERP server.
  2. Once activated, the ERP icon will appear on the screen as green (number 10).

Note: The device must be connected to the network (WiFi or GPRS) to activate ERP mode.

ERP Status Icons

Icon Status Description
Neka ERP Active ERP mode is running and connected.
Neka ERP Inactive ERP mode is turned off.

How ERP Works

Once ERP mode is active:

  1. When a new print command is received:
  2. The device retrieves the invoice data.
  3. It prints the receipt automatically.
  4. It sends a confirmation back to the server.
  5. You can abort the ERP at any time by pressing and holding the middle key (button 7) for 2 seconds.

Remote Invoice Printing

When a remote invoice is printed:

  • The receipt looks identical to a locally issued invoice.
  • It includes all required tax details (QR code, IRN, etc.).

Deactivating ERP Mode

  1. press and hold the middle key (button 7) for 2 seconds
  2. The device will beep and send a deactivation request to the server.
  3. Once confirmed, ERP mode will turn off.

Note: ERP will deactivate automatically in 1 hour if network mode is GPRS and 24 hours if network mode is WIFI.

Troubleshooting ERP

Problem What to Do
ERP won't activate Check your network connection (WiFi or GPRS).
Remote invoices not printing Check printer connection. Make sure paper is selected and active.
ERP icon stays red ERP mode may not be active. Try deactivating and reactivating.
Abort not working Press and hold the middle key (button 7) for at least 2 seconds.
