የማተሚያ ቅንብሮች

የማተሚያ ቅንብሮች (Printer Settings) ከእርስዎ ነካ መሣሪያ ጋር የተገናኘውን የሙቀት ማተሚያ (thermal printer) ለማስተዳደር ያስችሉዎታል። አዳዲስ ማተሚያዎችን ማገናኘት፣ በሥራ ላይ የሚውለውን ማተሚያ መምረጥ ወይም የነበሩትን መሰረዝ ይችላሉ።

ወደ ማተሚያ ቅንብሮች ማውጫ መግባት

  1. ከመነሻ ማውጫው (Home Menu) ላይ ወደ ቅንብሮች (Settings) ይሂዱ።
  2. አታሚ የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  3. ለመግባት የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።

የማተሚያ ወረቀት መጠን

የማተሚያ ወረቀቱ መጠን በማተሚያው ውቅር (printer configuration) ላይ ከተቀመጠው ቅንብር ጋር መመሳሰሉን ያረጋግጡ።

የነካ መሣሪያ ሁለት የማተሚያ ወረቀት ስፋቶችን ይደግፋል፦

መጠን መግለጫ
384 58 ሚሜ ወረቀት (ትንሽ)።
576 80 ሚሜ ወረቀት (ትልቅ)።
  1. ለመግባት የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።

የሚከተሉትን አማራጮች ያያሉ፦

አማራጭ መግለጫ
ምረጥ የትኛውን ማተሚያ መጠቀም እንደሚፈልጉ ለመምረጥ።
አስገባ ቀደም ሲል ተዋቅሮ የነበረን ማተሚያ ለመጨመር።
አስወጣ የነበረን ማተሚያ ከዝርዝር ውስጥ ለመሰረዝ።
አዲስ አታሚ አዲስ ፋብሪካ የተመረተ ማተሚያ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ለማዋቀር።

ከመጀመርዎ በፊት

ማተሚያው የሚከተሉትን ማሟላቱን ያረጋግጡ፦

  • መብራቱን – ማተሚያውን ከኃይል አቅርቦት ጋር ያገናኙ።
  • አቅራቢያ መሆኑን – ማተሚያው በዋይፋይ (WiFi) የትርጉም ክልል ውስጥ መሆን አለበት።
  • ዝግጁ መሆኑን – ወረቀት ያስገቡ እና ምንም ዓይነት ስህተት አለመኖሩን ይፈትሹ።

ማተሚያ መምረጥ

በአቅራቢያ ካሉ ማተሚያዎች ውስጥ መጠቀም የሚፈልጉትን መምረጥ ይችላሉ።

  1. ምረጥ የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  2. ከዝርዝሩ ውስጥ የሚፈልጉትን ማተሚያ ይምረጡ።
  3. ለማረጋገጥ የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።
  4. የተመረጠው ማተሚያ ለማንኛውም የማተም ሥራ ላይ ይውላል።

ጠቃሚ ምክር፦ ማተሚያው በትክክል ከተመረጠ በሁኔታ አሞሌው (status bar) ላይ ያለው የማተሚያ ምልክት ወደ አረንጓዴ ቀለም ይቀየራል።

የነበረን ማተሚያ መጨመር

ማተሚያው ቀደም ሲል ተዋቅሮ የነበረ ከሆነ፣ ቅንብሩን ከመጀመሪያው ሳይጀምሩ በቀላሉ መጨመር ይችላሉ።

  1. አስገባ የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  2. ማተሚያዎን ያብሩ።
  3. የማተሚያውን መለያ ቁጥር (Printer ID) ያስገቡ።
  4. መሣሪያው ከማተሚያው ጋር በመገናኘት መለያ ቁጥሩን ያረጋግጣል።
  5. የግንኙነቱን መሳካት ለማረጋገጥ የሙከራ ሕትመት ያከናውናል።
  6. ማተሚያውን ያረጋግጡ።
  7. ማተሚያው በዝርዝሩ ውስጥ ይካተታል።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ የማተሚያውን መለያ ቁጥር (Printer ID) ሲያስገቡ በትልልቅ ወይም በትንንሽ የእንግሊዝኛ ሆሄያት መጻፉ ልዩነት አያመጣም (not case-sensitive)።

ማተሚያን መሰረዝ

  1. አስወጣ የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  2. ከዝርዝሩ ውስጥ ሊሰርዙት የሚፈልጉትን ማተሚያ ይምረጡ።
  3. መሰረዙን ያረጋግጡ።
  4. ማተሚያው ከዝርዝሩ ውስጥ ይወገዳል።

ማሳሰቢያ፦ በሥራ ላይ ያለውን ማተሚያ ከሰረዙ፣ ሌላ ማተሚያ መምረጥ ይኖርብዎታል።

አዲስ ማተሚያ ማገናኘት

  1. አዲስ አታሚ የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
  2. የሙቀት ማተሚያዎን (thermal printer) ያብሩ።
  3. መሣሪያው ማተሚያው መብራቱን እንዲያረጋግጡ ይጠይቅዎታል – የመካከለኛውን ቁልፍ (ቁልፍ 7) ይጫኑ።
  4. የማተሚያውን መለያ ቁጥር (Printer ID) ያስገቡ (ይህንን ቁጥር በማተሚያው ውስጥ ከባትሪው ጀርባ ተለጥፎ ያገኙታል)።
  5. መሣሪያው ከማተሚያው ጋር ይገናኛል እንዲሁም መለያ ቁጥሩን ያረጋግጣል።
  6. ማተሚያውን ያረጋግጡ።
  7. በማተሚያው ላይ የ"ቢፕ" ድምፅ ሲሰሙ በስክሪኑ ላይ የሚታየውን መመሪያ ይከተሉ።
  8. ግንኙነቱ በትክክል መመሥረቱን ለማረጋገጥ 'OK' የሚል ጽሑፍ ያለበት የሙከራ ገጽ ይታተማል።
  9. ማተሚያው በዝርዝሩ ውስጥ ይካተታል።

የሙከራ ገጽ ማተም

የማተሚያውን ግንኙነት ለመፈተሽ፦

  • ወደ ቅንብሮች (Settings) > የመሳሪያ መረጃ በመሄድ የመሣሪያውን መረጃ ያትሙ።

ችግሮችን መፍታት

ችግር ምን መደረግ አለበት?
ማተሚያ አልተገኘም የኃይል አቅርቦቱን ይፈትሹ። ማተሚያው መብራቱን እና በቅርብ ርቀት ላይ መሆኑን ያረጋግጡ።
የተሳሳተ የማተሚያ መለያ ቁጥር (Printer ID) የማተሚያውን የባትሪ ክዳን በመክፈት ባትሪውን ያውጡ እና መለያ ጽሑፉን (label) ይፈትሹ። ቁጥሩን በትክክል ያስገቡ።
የሙከራ ሕትመት አልሰራም ወረቀት መኖሩን ያረጋግጡ። ማተሚያውን አጥፍተው ያብሩት። እንደገና ለመጨመር ይሞክሩ።
ማተሚያ አልተመረጠም ወደ Settings > Printer > Select በመሄድ ማተሚያ ይምረጡ።

Printer Settings

The Printer Settings allow you to manage the thermal printer connected to your NEKA. You can add new printers, select an active printer, or remove printers.

Accessing Printer Settings

  1. From the Home Menu, navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Printer.
  3. Press the middle key (button 7) to enter.

You will see the following options:

Printer Paper Size

Make sure the printer paper size matches the setting in the printer configuration.

The NEKA supports two printer paper widths:

Size Description
384 58mm paper (small).
576 80mm paper (large).
  1. Press the middle key (button 7) to enter.
Option Description
Select Choose which printer to use
Add Add a printer that has been previously configured.
Remove Remove an existing printer.
New Printer Set up a brand new factory printer.

Before You Begin

Make sure the printer is:

  • Powered on – connect the printer to power.
  • Nearby – the printer should be within WiFi range.
  • Ready – load paper and check for errors.

Selecting a Printer

You can choose which one to use.

  1. Select Select.
  2. Choose the printer from the list.
  3. Press the middle key (button 7) to confirm.
  4. The selected printer will be used for all print jobs.

Tip: If printer is selected in the status bar the printer icon will turn green.

Adding an Existing Printer

If a printer was previously configured, you can add it without setting it up from scratch.

  1. Select Add.
  2. Turn on your printer.
  3. Enter the printer ID.
  4. The device will connect and verify the printer.
  5. A test print will confirm the connection.
  6. Confirm the printer.
  7. The printer is added to the list.

Note: Entering printer ID is not case‑sensitive.

Removing a Printer

  1. Select Remove.
  2. Choose the printer from the list.
  3. Confirm the removal.
  4. The printer is removed from the list.

Note: If you remove the active printer, you will need to select another one.

Adding a New Printer

  1. Select New Printer.
  2. Turn on your thermal printer.
  3. The device will ask you to confirm the printer is on – press middle key (button 7).
  4. Enter the printer ID (found on the printer label or on the printer screen)
  5. The device will connect to the printer and verify the ID.
  6. A test print will confirm the connection.
  7. Confirm the printer.
  8. when you hear a beep on the printer, follow the on screen instruction
  9. A test print with 'OK' will confirm the connection.
  10. The printer is added to the list.

Printing a Test Page

To test the printer connection:

  • From Settings > Device Info, select Print to print device information.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to Do
Printer not found Check power. Make sure printer is on and within range.
Wrong printer ID Open the battery cover take out the battery and check the label on the printer. Enter the ID exactly.
Test print fails Check paper. Restart the printer. Try adding again.
Printer not selected Go to Settings > Printer > Select and choose a printer.
